Mini Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350℉ and line your loaf pan with parchment paper, if desired, otherwise grease it well.
Stir together all of the dry ingredients, except for the chocolate chips.
Then add in all of the wet ingredients and stir until the batter is mostly smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips and then transfer the batter to your parchment lined loaf pan.
Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool before slicing and enjoying!
