If you have a mold, go ahead and use it. Otherwise, prepare a mold for popsicles. I used a 10-inch cast-iron skillet covered with plastic wrap. It was a perfect shape to freeze the popsicles fast.
In a food processor, blend the watermelon and bananas.
At this point, taste it and adjust for sweetness. Add more banana or honey if you wish!
Next, pour the mixture into the mold and cover it with aluminum foil. Make sure the foil does not touch the popsicles.
Then, take a knife and make small holes in the foil. The number of spots depends on the size and number of popsicles you want.
Next, take the sticks and place them inside the holes. I used broken tree branches as sticks.
Transfer the mold gently into the freezer and let it freeze for a minimum of 8 hours- depending on the shape of the mold you use.
Halfway through the freezing process, you cut the popsicles. This will make it easier to cut popsicles out when completely frozen.
When the popsicles are well frozen and ready to serve, run the cold water underneath the mold to take them out quickly.
Cut them into sizes you like, and ENJOY!
