Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
Add the crumbled feta cheese to the center of the skillet, spreading it into a ring shape with the middle hollowed out. Allow the feta to soften and sizzle for about one to two minutes. The edges of the feta should begin to crisp.
Gently crack the eggs into the center of the feta ring. Let them cook undisturbed for a minute or two, then season with garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
Place a lid on the skillet to help the eggs cook evenly. Cook for an additional three to four minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolks remain slightly runny.
