Ingredients

chopped cauliflower

One cup of diced cucumber

of chopped walnuts

of green olive it. The surprise of salty olives in the salad is delightful!
One cup of plain whole-milk yogurt

of vinegar

teaspoons
of dry mint

of olive oil or avocado oil.
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients by chopping the vegetables into bite-size pieces.
Next, chop the walnuts. I like it chunky.
Place them all in a big bowl.
Next, add yogurt and the rest of the ingredients.
Season it with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix them all.
At this point, taste and adjust to your liking.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Optional.
