4cardamom seeds or a small pinch of grounded cardamom
Instructions
Place a saucepan on medium-high heat and let the almond milk warm up to the point that just starts to boil.
Then turn off the stove and place the green tea bags and cardamom seeds inside the almond milk. Cover and let them simmer for about 7-10 minutes.
Remove the green tea bags and cardamom seeds. Then, add cinnamon and sugar.
Mix everything well. I used this frother to mix and make foam.
At this point, adjust the sweetness to your taste and serve it hot or cold with ice.
Notes
Brew tea well. To do so, you need to heat up almond milk to a point that starts boiling.
Use unsweetened almond milk. This way you can customize the amount and type of sweetness inside your almond milk tea.
Add cream. To make it special and creamier serve it with plant-based heavy cream or whipping cream.
Serve it right away for maximum flavor.
Substitutions and variations to this recipe

If you prefer decaffeinated almond milk tea, use decaffeinated tea bags.
Use vanilla extract, ground cloves, nutmeg, star anis, ginger, or turmeric as seasonings instead.
You may heat up the almond milk in a microwave instead of a stovetop.
Storage and reheatFor maximum flavor, serve it right away. Otherwise, you can keep it in the fridge for up to 2 days. Then, heat it up in a microwave or serve it cold!
