This easy muffin recipe is perfect to bookmark and use as your basic muffic recipe. From here, you can add choc chips, blueberries, dates, banana - whatever you like!
Lightly grease & flour a muffin pan (or line with parchment paper or use muffin liners).
Spoon muffin batter evenly into 12 muffin cups.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Test for doneness with a skewer, toothpick, or knife. Return to the oven for a couple of minutes if needed.
Remove from the oven and turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
