Instructions
Juice the lemon. With a juicer, or simply squeeze the juice into a bowl and discard the seeds
Mix the lemon juice, rosemary and olive oil well in the bowl
Pour the mixture into the ziplock type bag
Place the lamb chop into the ziplock bag, close and shake well.
Depending on how much time you have available, marinate the lamp chops in the bag in the fridge. This is optional if you are pressed for time.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 F / 200 C
Place the lamb chops in the air fryer basket and cook for 3 minutes
Turn the lamb chops and cook for another 3 minutes
Serve and enjoy
Notes
Marinating the lamb chops is optional, depends on how much time you have available.If you are in a rush, simply dip the chops in the lemon, rosemary and oil mixture and put them straight into the air fryer.
