Mango Stuffing

This recipe for Mango Stuffing goes perfectly with the Macaroni (Mock) Turkey Christmas recipe suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.

1 onion
125g macadamia nuts, ground
1 fresh mango, finely diced
1 dessertspoon mixed dry herbs
6 fresh sage leaves, finely chopped
3 sprigs thyme, finely chopped
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Sauce onions in oil with dried herbs until tender.
Add the remaining ingredients and remove from heat.
Serve with Macaroni (Mock) Turkey for a scrumptious Christmas feast!  MERRY CHRISTMAS!

  • 1 onion
  • ¼ pound ground macadamia nuts (125 grams)
  • 1 mango – fresh and finely diced
  • 1 spoon mixed dry herbs
  • 6 leaves fresh sage, finely chopped
  • 3 sprigs thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • saute onions in oil with herbs until tender
  • Add the remaining ingredients and remove from heat.
